Mr. Dionne is the founder, President and CEO of Genesis Capital Group, LLC. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Dionne provides valuable insight and perspective on the economy and markets to a growing team of financial consultants and our clients. Prior to Genesis Capital, he co-founded Worldwide Asset Management Group, LLC, and founded Genesis 2006, LLC (a real-estate holding company). He also served as a Senior Financial Adviser at American Express and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase.
In his current capacity as President and CEO of Genesis Capital, he manages advisers and personnel, the institutional business development, supervision, operations, and logistics of the firm. Mr. Dionne provides the strategic vision to the company. In addition, he is responsible for the firm’s tactical global multi-asset strategy, as well as overseeing asset allocations through investment management platforms.

Mr. Silva is a Board Director responsible for Business Development and Capital Introduction for Genesis Capital Group.
Mr. Silva has over 15 years of experience in international business development. He has raised capital, built client bases and devised business development strategies for sectors ranging from healthcare (Shanghai ReMed Life Sciences, Tufts Health Plan), finance (Millhouse Capital, Tzedakah Fund), technology and R&D (iRobot Corporation, Otsuki Consulting International), and universities (Aga Khan University, Harvard Innovation Lab).
Mr. Silva is a graduate of Harvard University and is a five-year veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving as US Secret Service Attaché at The White House.
